New rules on exchange of electronic evidence for criminal investigations
Plenary will assess around 17.30 draft legislation to boost cross-border criminal investigations by making the exchange of electronic evidence faster and easier, while protecting fundamental rights. The text, already agreed with the member states, will be put to the vote on Tuesday
