Motions of censure against the European Commission

At noon, MEPs will vote, by roll call, on two motions of censure against the Commission. For a motion to be adopted, a two-thirds majority of the votes cast, representing a majority of component Members of Parliament, is needed. The plenary debate with Commission President Ursula von der Leyen took place on Monday evening. You can watch it here.

Response to Russian violations of EU airspace: vote on a resolution

Also at noon, plenary is set to demand coordinated action, stronger defence, and sanctions to counter Russian provocations targeting EU security and infrastructure. The draft resolution to be voted on by MEPs condemns the recent spate of airspace violations and drone attacks on EU territory and calls for reinforced cooperation with NATO and Ukraine.
