Two motions of censure
Following the tabling of two separate motions of censure against the European Commission, there will be a plenary debate immediately after the opening of the session. The authors of the two motions will take the floor first, followed by Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and one round of political group speakers. The two votes, by roll call, will take place on Thursday. To be adopted, a motion must secure a two-thirds majority of the votes cast, representing a majority of the component members.
