Climate change: final vote on key Fit for 55 laws, and press conference

In a vote at noon, plenary is set to give its green light to a legislative package essential for the EU to achieve its 2030 climate goals, including reform of the emissions trading system, the carbon border adjustment mechanism, and a new social climate fund. EP President Roberta Metsola and the five MEPs leading the files will give a press conference at 14.00.
